TIME SLOTS To minimize queue times, entry is offered as 30-minute time slots - please adhere to the time on your ticket for ease of entry. There is strictly no re-admission.

TOURS Discover fascinating highlights or explore emerging trends with Frieze guided tours. If you would like to book a tour and your time slot is sold out, please contact tours@frieze.com. Please note that a tour ticket alone does not permit admission to the fairs, you will also need to purchase a fair ticket.

COMBINED TICKETS Combined tickets allow visitors to visit both fairs on the same day at a discounted price, starting with the fair and the entry time originally selected at checkout. The other fair can be visited afterwards.

STUDENT Limited Student tickets are available on the weekend, on a first-come, first-served basis. All Student tickets are Combined tickets, allowing access to both fairs.

CHILD Limited Child tickets are available on the weekend from 1pm onwards, on a first-come, first-served basis. Children aged 2 and up need a valid ticket to attend the fair and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children aged 2 and under are admitted free of charge.

BAG SIZE & CLOAKROOM POLICY Large bags (including, but not limited to, suitcases, backpacks, folding bicycles, scooters) or any large items bigger than 11 x 15 x 5 inches are not permitted inside the fairs. Space for coats in the cloakroom is very limited, and offered on a first come, first served basis. We request that where possible visitors keep their belongings with them.

ACCESSIBILITY The fair is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Companions/carers tickets are available free of charge. After booking your ticket, please get in touch with us at frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice to arrange a free ticket for your carer.

COVID GUIDELINES The UK Government has removed all COVID-19 guidelines within the UK and therefore no masks or proof of vaccination status are required to enter the fair. As COVID-19 is still with us, we encourage visitors to take steps to reduce the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19 including optional steps such as wearing a facemask within the venue.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY TICKET? Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

However, if you feel unwell before or on the day of your visit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice with your booking reference number. No refunds will be issued for no-shows if we haven't been notified in advance.
