Brought to you by the producers of Christmas at Kew, this brand-new, after-dark Halloween trail is filled with so many hidden surprises. Join family and friends to wander from dusk into darkness between one ghostly space to another. 

How to book:
1. Choose your date
2. Choose your entry gate and time slot. Prices may vary.
3. Choose Brentford Gate to book car parking. Limited availablilty.

Daylight – sessions up to 6pm. Most suitable for very young ones who need to get back home to bed early!
Twilight – sessions from 6pm – 7.30pm. The scare level ramps up a notch.
Moonlight – sessions after 7.30pm. As scary as it gets (but still suitable for all)

If you are a Kew member, to access your discount on adult tickets, you will need to enter your unique membership number in the appropriate box after selecting an entry date and time.

We understand that some guests will not be able to access the event without the assistance of an Essential Companion. We are pleased to be able to offer an Essential Companion ticket for those guests who require additional assistance to enjoy all that we have to offer.

This ticket is provided with the understanding that the essential companion is willing and able to assist the access customer throughout their entire stay at the event. Essential companions must arrive and leave the event with the qualifying visitor and must be able to perform all requirements as needed, including assistance during an evacuation or other emergency.
People attending on an essential companion ticket must be attending with a qualifying visitor who has a valid event ticket already purchased and should be over the age of 18 unless otherwise agreed with the Access Team.
When you arrive you will be asked to produce documentation to validate your carer ticket. Accepted documentation here. You will need to agree to bring at least one of the above in order to have your ticket validated. Archives Car Parking

CAR PARKING: ACCESS FROM 5.30PM £10.00 (£10.00)
Limited car parking is available at the National Archives Car park through an exclusive partnership with Halloween at Kew. Access to the car park is available 40 minutes ahead of your Trail booking time. i.e. if your trail time is 5.30pm, you are able to access the car park from 4.50pm. The car park is accessed at Bessant Drive, just off of Mortlake Road and the postcode is TW9 4DU. This is a non-accessible option and the walking time to Elizabeth gate is approximately 12 minutes. Click here to view the walking route map to Elizabeth Gate. Cars must be removed from the car park by 10.45pm. Kew Gardens does not accept any liability for costs relating to non-removal of your car at the end of the evening.

Ticket details
All tickets are subject to a single transaction charge of £2.50.
All guests, including children under 4yrs, must have their own valid ticket in order to gain entry into the event. You must bring either a printed copy or display the ticket on your phone.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Kew members may purchase up to 14 tickets at the discounted rate.
Ticket holders who require assistance around the trail are entitled to one free ticket for an essential companion.
Tickets are available to purchase online until 2pm on the day of the event.
Filming and photography may be taken for promotional purposes at the event.
Please note last entry to Halloween at Kew is 8.30pm and certain dates the last entry slot is 8pm.

Cancellations, exchanges and refunds
We are not able to offer refunds, duplicates or exchanges on unwanted tickets or tickets bought in error.
Halloween at Kew is an outside event, and cancellations will not be offered in the event of poor weather.
If extreme, unsafe weather conditions force us to cancel the event, you will be offered an alternative date. We will communicate any cancellations by 2pm on the day of the event. You will be notified by email with your options.

Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Trail Route
Please note this is a one-way outdoor trail of approximately 1.5km in distance. Due to the nature of the trail and Kew Gardens, there are very limited under-cover areas, so please dress appropriately.

Visiting Kew Gardens
This ticket does not include entry to Kew Gardens during the daytime. If you have a Halloween at Kew ticket, you can add on a reduced-entry price ticket to visit Kew Gardens.

Please note: If you are including a visit to Kew Gardens in the daytime, you will need to exit the gardens at the following times and then re-enter the trail at your designated entry gate and time:  
October 18 - October 26 – exit by 6pm (last entry 5pm) 
October 27 – November 3 – exit by 4pm (last entry 3pm)
