ALEX SPENCER
First discovered while busking on the streets of Manchester, new indie talent Alex Spencer has already been hailed as one of the UK's most promising songwriters at just 17 years old.

Combining infectious guitar lines with his street-savvy voice and coming-of-age tales of youthful exuberance, Alex’s rousing debut EP ‘One Step Forward’ and his second 'There's Gotta Be More' which were both written when Alex was still at school, reflects a maturity and natural songwriting ability far beyond his years. Both EPs were met with widespread acclaim and earned radio play from BBC 6 Music, Radio X, XS Manchester and BBC Introducing.

Alex’s unique talent and incredible personal story caught the attention of the national press as his music was broadcast to the world via BBC News’ TikTok, ITV’s Granada reports and The Premier League’s and TNT's Global Football show.

Following on from his busking roots, Alex has become renowned for his captivating live performances and has gone on to support the likes of Jamie Webster at a packed out O2 Victoria Warehouse, Louis Dunford, The Twang and Miles Kane at two nights at Camden’s Electric Ballroom as well as headlining and selling out one of his home city’s most iconic venues, The Deaf Institute, and Manchester Academy 3 and becoming the first musician to ever perform live on Sky Sports news.

Recently, Alex supported Seb Lowe at the o2 Ritz Manchester and The Royston Club on their UK tour.

Alex is opening the show for the Lathums and Jake Bugg at their huge Robins Park show in Wigan.

QUEENS LEAN
Queens Lean are a four-piece indie rock band from Hull that prides themselves on an energetic live performance. With different influences from all members of the band, they have created a modern take on indie rock which is not to be missed, with a debut album due for release in Summer 2024.
