The London edition of JLF, the Jaipur Literature Festival, is back to animate the British Library with words, books, music, food and camaraderie, as a packed programme of conversations unfolds in our three venues.

It’s back! JLF London returns to the British Library with a thrilling line-up of speakers including novelist Maggie O’Farrell, broadcaster Mishal Husain, historians William Dalrymple and Mary Beard and Nobel Laureate Venki Ramakrishnan. JLF London is a cross-cultural voyage bringing together a mix of literary narratives and inspirational speakers from around the world. As always, its caravan of writers and thinkers, balladeers and raconteurs, brings alive South Asia’s unique multilingual literary heritage at the British Library.

Weekend passes may be booked here, giving access to any JLF London session on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June, subject to venue capacity.

Saturday Day Passes and Sunday Day Passes are also available.

Online Weekend Passes may also be booked, giving online access to watch Saturday and Sunday sessions from the Pigott Theatre and Entrance Hall, either live or within 7 days on catch up.

In person and online tickets for the JLF London Opening Session on Friday 7 June will be available soon.

Discounts available for British Library Members and over 60s. Half price tickets available for students and under 26.

One of the world’s great literature events, JLF takes place in the ’pink city’ of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India every January, attracting thousands to engage with the world’s leading writers and speakers.
