MC Hammersmith is an award-winning freestyle rap comedian. Straight from the ghetto of middle class west London, he performs improvised hip hop comedy based entirely on your suggestions. He has supported Jason Manford and John Bishop on tour, had multiple sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and racked up a staggering 100 million views online for his hip hop comedy performances.
And this is his work in progress show! For one night only, he's completely improvising 100% of the content, including the structure. No usual routines, no preparation, no plan - just entirely untethered improv madness.
He will bring backing beats, autotune, and a projector. You will bring suggestions of what (and how) to rap. He will oblige, in a freestyle rap show that is - in itself - freestyled from top to bottom.
He will either emerge with new routines you'll see on TV and online, aiming to garner hip hop credibility and critical acclaim in the process.
Or!
He will have a breakdown.
Either way, should be fun.
