Important Information for 'Soultasia' at Promenade Park, Maldon, Essex, Saturday 8th June 2024

 Gates open: 2:00pm

 Finish time: Music finishes at 11:00pm (approx) with half hour drinking up time till 11.30pm

TICKETING

 Tickets can be printed out or shown on your phone. All tickets have a unique barcode. Duplicate tickets will be refused at the gate

 This event is for all ages and children under 10 come in free if accompanied by an adult. Disabled carers come in free .Requires appropriate PIP documentation to be shown on arrival.

EVENT SITE

This year there will be two entry gates;

Main Entrance by Rossi Ice Cream kiosk

Secondary Entrance by The Petting Zoo

Look out for 'Soultasia' signage directing you to the correct entrance lanes for the two different ticket types;

*  VIP tickets (Priority Lane)

Please be aware of what tickets you have and join the correct queue.

 Designated ‘No Bag’ lanes for customers arriving to the site with no bags or bulky clothing. Whilst security will still check your pockets, this will take less time than full bag searches.

 This event is open air. Please keep an eye on the weather leading up to the event. No large umbrellas. On the flip side, if it’s hot - don’t forget your sun cream!

* If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, our bars will require ID to purchase alcohol.

 Both cash & cards are accepted to purchase drinks at the bars.

 Food units will only accept card payments.

RESTRICTIONS

No liquids allowed in the arena with the exception of four sealed 500ml (or smaller) bottles of water (There are water stations at the event where you can fill your bottle up all day for free),

Small bottles of perfume/roll on deodorant/suncream (non aerosol) are permitted but you may be asked to demonstrate the safety of the product by spraying it on your hand.

There are licensed bars at the festival selling alcohol and soft drinks as well as coffee and tea vendors.

No alcohol of any kind is allowed to be brought into the festival -Any one found trying to bring in alcohol will have the option to dispose of it or to not enter the festival

No food of any kind is allowed to be brought into the festival. There are lots of food stalls catering for all tastes. Please ask individual food vendors re dietary needs and allergies.

Fold up chairs can be brought into the event but cannot be in packaging or case.They must remain to the sides in designated areas, not directly in front of the stage.

 Bag searches will be taking place.

We will be operating a free shuttle bus transfer to and from South Woodham Ferrers Train Station, between midday and midnight.

Car Park: There is on-site pre paid for car parking, just a short walk from the entrances, there is also parking available from Lower Plume School,Mill Road, Maldon CM9 5JA. Car Park tickets can be purchased via Skiddle.

Please do not drive to the park unless a car park ticket has been purchased.

Disabled parking: There is very limited disabled parking

Cab drop off point is a designated area inside the park close to the main car park.
