Brazilian singer, songwriter and instrumentalist Vanessa Moreno stands out as one of the biggest musical revelations in Brazil. Shewas the winner of the 'Best Singer' at the Brazilian Music Professionals Awards in 2017, 2018 and 2021. 

In addition to her expressiveness and technical virtuosity as a singer, her exploration of the rhythmic richness of popular music through improvisation, vocal and body percussion, and the use of everyday sound objects is a hallmark of her performances.

Inlfuenced by Filó Machado, Ana Mazzoti, & Elis Regina, Vanessa Moreno formed her first group, the award-winning Karallargá, in 2003. This group lasted for several years before Vanessa started her next project, a duo with bassist Fi Maróstica, who released two albums - 'Vem Ver' (2013) and 'Cores Vivas' (2016) - the latter featuring material taken from the Gilberto Gil songbook.

The debut Vanessa Moreno album 'Em Movimento' (2017) was highly acclaimed and has been followed with the Salomão Soares collaborative albums 'Chão de Flutuar' (2019) & 'Yatra-Tá' (2021), and solo LP's 'Sentido' (2021) and 'SOLAR' (2023).

Salomão Soares stands out as one of the most talented pianists of the new generation of Brazilian jazz musicians. He has been performing alongside Hermeto Pascoal, Leny Andrade, Filó Machado, Nenê, Vinicius Dorin among many others.
