BBC Good Food: Subscriber Dinner At KALA Tickets and Dates

Earlier this year, chef Gary Usher and the Elite Bistros team - the group behind Chester's Sticky Walnut and Liverpool's Wreckfish - launched an ambitious Kickstarter campaign to open Kala in Manchester. Raising a record-breaking £100k in just 11 hours, it became the fastest-funded restaurant project in the world, and opened its doors in May. Kala serves bistro classics, such as beef tartare, roasted octopus and pumpkin seed purée, plus their signature dish, braised feather blade of beef served with truffle and parmesan chips. Guests can watch desserts being made at the ?pastry pass' behind the downstairs bar.

At our subscriber-only event, you'll meet chef Gary and get the chance to ask him your culinary questions, then you'll enjoy a four-course dinner with paired wines at communal tables. You'll also receive a goody bag to take home, worth £25. See you there!
