One of the most sought-after DJ's and producers in the world of global dance music Romare, AKA Archie Fairhurst, joins us for a Summer residency, marking his first ever headline shows at Jazz Cafe.

Romare has a unique sound which blends electronic with jazz, psychedelia and African rhythms. His releases on Black Acre and Ninja Tune reflect his broad musical education, whilst his unpredictable DJ sets demonstrate his unique ability to captivate the dance floor with his chameleonic style.

His cut and paste approach to music making has spawned two albums and a string of EPs, fusing decades of African-American musical styles into a sound built for the dancefloor. This groove-ridden energy transcends into his genre-traversing DJ sets and will certainly take you on a new journey each and every week. He'll be bringing some friends and guests along for the ride.
