General Access Info

Hampstead Theatre has a ground floor entrance and push button controlled entrance door. We have level access to lifts to all levels and to both the main auditorium and Hampstead Downstairs. These are fitted with low level controls, audio announcements, relief controls and Braille lettering. There is flat level access seats available please contact the box office for further details. Wheelchair spaces are available in both the main auditorium and Hampstead Downstairs (please inform the Box Office when you book your tickets if you require a wheelchair space so we can find the best space for you). We have unlocked accessible toilets on all levels. There is a drop counter at the Box Office and Cafe Bar. Assistance animals are welcome in the Theatre.
