General Access Info

The Key Club is situated underground and is accessed by our main entrance which has 26 steps down to ground level. Unfortunately, this is the only available entrance to the venue and we no longer have an alternative entrance available for those who may need to use it due to building work on a neighbouring property. For our ambulant disabled customers, we have stools available on request which are positioned in a raised seating area that is accessible via a ramp. These are limited and are first come first served. We do offer priority entry for people with a disability and advise contacting us before your arrival for this to be arranged.
